By using a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP and counselling skills I strive to support you be the best version of you and live the life that you want to live. Now that community venues are open I offer sessions by appointment at Craigsfarm Community Hub, in Livingston and Fridays at The Collective in Bo'ness, however if you live farther away, or can't attend I offer sessions at a reduced rate using Zoom. Don't worry if you haven't used Zoom before - I have talk you through this prior to our session and provide you with a written guide.
If you were wondering about the word Sukha, this is a Sanskrit word which can be translated as “happiness,” “ease” or “bliss.”. Its literal translation is often given as “good space,” coming from the Sanskrit words, su (good) and kha (space). I think this is what we are all striving for in our lives, and I want to help people move towards having happier lives.
